Ieri mi sono imbattuto in una bambina molto piccola disabile.
Questa storia merita di essere condivisa così che attraverso la condivisione potrebbe accadere che Dio le porti, a breve o a lungo termine, la soluzione al suo attuale problema.
Yesterday as i was going around i came across one very small disabled girl.
the story ought to be shared,it may be through sharing of her story that God brings her either a short term or long term solution to her current problem.
The story of B.A.D.
She is a girl of 2rys resident of sololo ramata.Has both parents, she is the 2nd born in the family of 2 children.this young family are living with a lot of stress since B. was born with physical disability.she was born without part of her left foot just below the ankle.at the age of 1yr and above children normally practice to walk but Bahati’s case was different,she is 2yrs now,she want to walk upright, because of the nature of her foot she could not do as she lack balance of the two legs.She has never been taken to hospital for check up.Mother I’d no.28—The family was previously enrolled in a NHIF insurance service sponsored by county government but it’s not active for long.They are in serious need of the support for their child.Kindly see the situation of this little baby.how we can help her. First thing first, I suggest she be enrolled into the NHIF program through her mother.”HELP BAHATI WALK”

È una bambina di 2 anni che risiede a Sololo Ramata.Ha entrambi i genitori ed è la seconda nata nella famiglia che ha due figli.Questa giovane famiglia convive con l’ansia da quando è nata B. portatrice di una disabilità fisica.È nata senza il piede sinistro; l’arto termina appena sotto alla caviglia.Normalmente i bambini all’età di un anno o poco più imparano a camminare; ma nel caso di B. è stato diverso.Ora ha due anni e vuole camminare eretta; non può per via del suo difetto fisico che rende le gambe di lunghezze diverse facendole mancare l’equilibrio.Non è mai stata portata in ospedale per un controllo.Madre è identificabile con la carta di identità n.28—–2.La famiglia in passato è stata iscritta al NHIF grazie alla sponsorizzazione del governo della contea che però non è rimasta attiva a lungo.Hanno un forte bisogno di sostegno per la loro bambina.Si prega di valutare la situazione di questa piccola bambina per vedere come possiamo aiutarla.Per prima cosa suggerisco di iscriverla al programma NHIF (servizio sanitario nazionale) tramite la carta di identità che possiede la sua mamma.“AIUTA B. a CAMMINARE”
Grazie per questa segnalazione che esprime ancora una volta l’alta professionalità che metti nel tuo lavoro.Sono certo che avrai già parlato con il presidente a riguardo di questo caso.Bene il tuo suggerimento di iscrivere la famiglia al servizio sanitario nazionale.La bambina deve essere visitata presso il centro specialistico di Nairobi.Il mio parere è che questo sia un caso da inserire nel nostro programma di assistenza sociale. Occorre seguire la consueta procedura riempiendo l’apposito modulo per sottoporlo anche al Comitato di gestione e al MT.Come parere sanitario consiglio che il tutto avvenga piuttosto rapidamente perché se si ha una gamba più corta e si cerca di stare in piedi dritti, il bacino non resta orizzontale ma si inclina, di conseguenza la colonna vertebrale si storta prendendo pieghe sbagliate per tenere il corpo dritto.Probabilmente il tutto potrà essere corretto con una semplice protesi che si adatterà in lunghezza seguendo la crescita della bambina.Fateci sapere le vostre scelte. in the case of B. I think we need more background to decide whether we can enrol her in the HBC to access comprehensive service or welfare to access cash transfer and health care. my opinion will be to discuss in the management team and give way forward..
In questo caso penso che abbiamo bisogno di maggiori informazioni ( a riguardo delle condizioni generali della famiglia) per decidere se accogliere l’intera famiglia nel Progetto Sololo così che possano tutti accedere a un servizio completo oppure se iscrivere la sola bambina al progetto di assistenza sociale per accedere al finanziamento necessario e all’assistenza sanitaria.Discuteremo al più presto il caso nel MT (Direzione di Gestione) e seguiremo la via migliore per la bambina.

– al momento nella cassa di Cipad mancano ancora poche migliaia di euro per coprire il fabbisogno delle attività assistenziali, di routine e non, previste per il prossimo mese di settembre
