Ascoltare Comprendere Condividere … le loro scelte a casa loro – Listening Understanding Sharing … their choices in their home

In questo articolo sono sintetizzati alcuni tra i principali contenuti dei verbali dei 3 incontri organizzati da Cipad il mese scorso.

Sono incontri periodici, fondamentali per le scelte delle attività del Progetto-Sololo e sono tutti inerenti alla gestione del Progetto-Sololo

Si tratta della:

  • Riunione del Team di Direzione
  • Riunione del Comitato di Gestione
  • Assemblea del Personale

Penso che leggere i contenuti di vita quotidiana, apparentemente banali, possa aiutarci a comprendere molto della loro vita; delle loro speranze e anche quanto neppure per loro sia sempre tutto così facile come potrebbe sembrare.

“Se riusciste a camminargli affianco in modo partecipe, anche solo leggendo qui periodicamente della loro vita, dei loro problemi, dei loro affetti … Occorre imparare a leggere tra le righe andando ben oltre alle apparenze … se ci riusciste, con molta probabilità cogliereste empaticamente il grado di quanto noi siamo simili a loro.  Maturereste così, dapprima, una grande stima e rispetto per loro fino, magari, ad arrivare poi piano piano a volergli autenticamente bene. Siamo tutti e tutto una sola cosa.”

This article summarizes some of the main contents of the minutes of the 3 meetings organized by Cipad last month.
They are periodic meetings, fundamental for the choices of the Sololo-Project activities and are all related to the management of the Sololo-Project
It is about:
1- Management Team meeting
2- Meeting of the Management Committee
3- Personnel Assembly

I think that reading the seemingly trivial contents of everyday life can help us understand a lot about their lives; of their hopes, but also how even for them everything is not always as easy as it might seem.

“If you were able to walk alongside them in a participatory way, even reading here periodically about their life, their problems, their affections … You need to learn to read between the lines, going well beyond appearances … if you could, you would most likely empathetically grasp the degree of how similar we are to them. Thus, first of all, you would develop a great esteem and respect for them until, perhaps, then slowly arriving at genuinely loving them. We are all and all one.”
